DATE : 8th DECEMBER, 2021 PER COURT :- It is unfortunate that the litigant has to approach this Court seeking directions against the office of respondent for issuance of certified copy of the orders passed by the Honourable Minister in quasi judicial proceedings and also to upload the judgments. 2.

In the present case, the State Minister had passed an order with regard to quantum of the amount to be deposited as "Nazrana". Thereafter, it appears that review was filed by the Collector, Dhule of the said order before the Honourable Minister. The Honourable Minister on 8th January, 2021 dismissed the review and confirmed the order passed on 9th October, 2018.

It is submitted that because of non receipt of the certified copy of the said order, further process is not effectuated by Revenue Officer. 4.

We have heard Government Pleader.

Respondent shall issue certified copy of the order to the petitioner dated 8th January, 2021 within a period of 15 days on payment of

984-WP-13658-21.odt appropriate charges by the petitioner and if as per the practice the orders are to be uploaded on the website, the same shall be uploaded within 15 days. Respondent shall confirm the issuance of certified copy of the order to the petitioner. Respondent shall take care and caution that litigants are not required to approach the Court for such petty matters.
