The learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners in these petitions are forwarded by the Institutions and the same are pending with the Education Officer.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent nos.4 and 5 and the learned AGP for the Education Officer (Secondary) waive notice.

Since it is submitted that the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners are pending, we pass the following order :- (i) In case the proposals forwarded by the Institutions seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners, are pending, the Education Officer concerned shall decide the same on their own merits and in accordance with the provisions of law, expeditiously and preferably, within a period of six months from the date of intimation of this order to the Education Officer.

(ii) With these directions, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
