The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation on 31.5.2017 to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed with regard to withdrawal of permission granted in favour of respondent no. 4 to run 5th to 10th standard classes. The same is not decided by the Education Officer.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed shall decide the said representation (Page 17) expeditiously, preferably within six months.
