The petitioners seek directions for release of the salary grants of the petitioners from April, 2018 onwards. It is submitted that, the salary bills are already submitted by respondents No. 4 and 5 to respondent No. 3. The learned A.G.P. submits that, the respondent No. 3 has to forward it to respondent No. 2. 2.

In case the salary bills are received by respondent No.3, then the respondent No. 3 shall endorse his notings about the right of the petitioners or otherwise, and forward it to the respondent No.

2. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it expeditiously. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
