We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sapkal, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 5 and 6. Upon hearing the parties we pass following order. 2.

The petitioner claims benefit of leave encashment. The State is not liable to pay the amount of leave encashment and the responsibility is with the management.

The petitioner shall submit the record with him to the management. The management shall verify its record and shall thereafter consider the amount that the petitioner would be

After verifying the amount payable to the petitioner, the respondent-management shall make payment to the petitioner within a period of three months, from the date the petitioner approaches the management.
