ORDER:- 1.
Learned Counsel Shri Bipinchandra K. Patil for the Acquiring Body undertakes to file his Vakalatnama in Civil
(2) 939 CA-1835.2022.odt Application No. 2259 of 2022 and Civil Application No. 2992 of 2022.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned A.G.P. and the learned Counsel appearing for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is also circulation delay.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods as mentioned in these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period and also for the delay in circulating the matters belatedly.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections.
