Parties have agreed that compensation awarded by the reference Court is covered by Government Resolution
dated 3rd November, 2016 read with subsequent corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018. In view of the same, the Appellant intends to withdraw the Appeal. 3.
It is submitted by both the sides that acquiring body has deposited the entire amount of compensation with the reference Court and same has been withdrawn by the respective respondents/claimants and as such, nothing is remained. The appellant seeks leave to withdraw the Appeals. Leave granted. Appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. Civil applications, if any, pending also stand disposed of.
