The applicants pray for condonation of delay of 95 days caused in bringing the LR's of deceased respondent No.2 on record. 2.

The learned Advocate for the LR's submits that an appropriate order be passed and the costs may be donated for the treatment of poor patients.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The petitioners/applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.200/- with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court khs/Dec.2019/12891-d

- 2 - Dispensary, Aurangabad in cash on or before 20/12/2019 and shall bring the LR's on record in the writ petition. Learned Advocate for the LR's waives notice in the writ petition.
