The petitioner is equipped with a Revenue Recovery Certificate (RRC), in connection with his claim for unpaid wages. Even earlier, this Court has delivered an order dated 20.08.2021, in a large group of matters, Writ Petition No.3036 of 2020 and group of petitions, Auchitrao Bhika Gorade Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.2 to initiate necessary steps for the recovery of the amounts set out in the RRC along with admissible interest, by following the due procedure laid down in the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.
