1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for the respondent-State.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court has refused registration to the State i.e. appellant, hence, appeal is not registered. The State has deposited the entire award amount before this Court. The applicants are the original claimants. As the appeal is not registered, the applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the State, hence, requested to allow the application.

3] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-II.
