It appears that petitioner's proposal for grant of graduate pay scale is still pending with the Education Officer, respondent no.4, since last more than 11 years. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, we hereby direct respondent no.4 to take decision on the proposal of the petitioner dated 15.05.2014 on its own merits after hearing the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. 2.

Petitioner to appear before the Education Officer on 1st December, 2025.
