The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No. 2 raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has an alternate remedy of appeal. 2.

In view of that, though Mr. Sikchi, the learned advocate for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail an alternate remedy of appeal. In case, such an appeal is filed, the
