The applicants are seeking withdrawal of deposited amount of compensation. The acquiring body has deposited 50% amount of the impugned award in this Court. This Court, vide order dated 21.11.2022, in connected matters, permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 50% of the impugned awards.

In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw aforesaid deposited amount i.e. 50% of
