DATE : 23/10/2018 PER COURT :- The petitioner has already tendered application to the Sub Divisional Officer requesting him to issue tribe certificate in form "C". It is pointed out by the petitioner that the certificate already issued to him by Sub Divisional Officer is in form "B" which is contrary to the rules.

2] The Sub Divisional Officer is bound to issue certificate in form "C" in observance of the directions issued by the State Government in the Resolution dated 22/6/2016. The respondent Sub Divisional Officer on receipt of the original certificate issued to the petitioner in form "B" shall proceed to issue the proper certificate in form "C" certifying that the petitioners belong Thakur Scheduled Tribe, as expeditiously as

possible, preferably within two weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.

3] On receipt of the tribe certificate, alongwith proposal in prescribed proforma, the committee shall proceed to process the same and pass appropriate order in respect of validation of the certificate as expeditiously as possible preferably within 6 months from the date of its receipt.

4] With the above directions, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
