Both the petitioners are cousin sisters. Both have put forth their claims of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe, vide proposals dated 27/11/2020. The hearing was concluded on 15/11/2021 and the matters were closed for orders. As the orders were not passed, a re-hearing was taken on 17th October, 2022. It is prayed that, a verdict in these matters needs to be delivered by the Competent Committee, as the petitioners are facing a deadline of 23/11/2022 for submission of validity certificates. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits on instructions that, after the re-hearing was held by the

11392.22wp (2) present Committee, the file has been closed for orders and an order would be delivered latest by 3.00 p.m. on 22/11/2022, and if possible, even prior thereto.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We would expect the Committee to keep the copies of it's Judgment ready, in order to be delivered urgently to the petitioners, by following the due procedure, since they are facing the deadline of 23/11/2022.
