This is an application for condonation of 55 days delay caused in filing the application for restoration of the Second Appeal. The learned advocate for the applicant had not taken appropriate steps within the stipulated time for removing the office objections, owing to which the registration of the Second Appeal had been refused.

Subject to the condition that the office objections would be removed within four weeks, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 25-08-2021 shall stand quashed and set aside. If the objections are not removed, the order dated 25-08-2021 shall stand revoked automatically. The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
