Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petitioner who is the resident of Municipal Council, Ausa has preferred this petition seeking direction against the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to immediately take steps against the respondent No. 6 to transfer him.

The respondent No. 6 is governed under the service laws and he is subordinate. Transfer is an administrative decision. The higher authorities may to take appropriate decision. Prima facie, it depicts that the petitioner has no locus to file such petition individually. Hence for want of locus petition is not maintainable.

When the court was not passing the above order, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
