Heard. The learned Advocate for the petitioners who submits that in the present petition, the order passed in Revision No.145 of 2018 was under challenge, by which the learned Additional Commissioner had remanded the appeal for fresh decision to the learned Sub-Divisional Officer. It is now submitted that the matter came be decided by the learned SubDivisional Officer after remand. Thereafter, even the appeal was filed and said appeal is also decided by the judgment dated 26.06.2023. Both the parties submit that in view of subsequent development, this petition has become infructuous. The petition is, therefore, disposed off as infructuous. [KISHORE C.
