The petitioners apprehend an adverse order in pursuance to the notice issued by respondents under Section

WP.11993-18 & ors.odt 79-A of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act. Petitioners contend that the notice itself is bad in law and deserves to be quashed and set aside.

At this stage of the proceedings, question of validity or otherwise of the notice would not be gone into and it would be appropriate for the petitioners to putforth their reply to the notice. However, we direct Respondent Nos.1 and 2 that in the event of issuance of any adverse order in pursuance to the notice dated 10.09.2018 against the petitioners, said adverse order, if any, shall not take effect for a period of four weeks from the date of service of said order on the petitioners.

In view of the directions as above, Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
