PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grant of monthly salary is recommended by the Divisional Deputy Director of Education to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. However, it has not been paid as yet. In case the proposal is pending with the Director of Education as recommended by the Deputy Director of Education, then Director of Education shall process and forward the same to respondent Nos.1 and 2 within three months. On receipt of the same, respondents No.1 and 2 shall take decision within foir months. Writ petition is disposed of.
