All the Petitions pertain to the directions to be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the application seeking furlough leave filed by the respective petitioners, as early as possible. 2.

All the learned APPs appearing in respective Petitions, on instructions, make a statement that the applications filed by the respective petitioners would be decided by the D.I.G. (Prison), Aurangabad on or before 15th December 2022. The statement is taken as undertaking from D.I.G. (Prison), Aurangabad. In view of the fact that all the Writ Petitions have been filed with the limited purpose, the same are disposed of by giving following directions:

D.I.G. (Prison), Aurangabad to decide the respective applications filed by the petitioners, seeking furlough leave, on or before 15th December 2022.
