The Petitioner'

s grievance is that his claim is pending before the Respondent No.2 / Scrutiny Committee and the same be decided expeditiously since he is apprehending termination upon receipt of notice dated 05.09.2022 from the department. He claims that his biological brother has been granted a validity certificate.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The committee shall decide the claim of the Petitioner on or before 29.02.2024. The Petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation and would refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest the committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceedings.
