Though respondent no. 2 is served none appears for respondent no. 2.

The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The learned counsel submits that though the petitioner has completed MBBS course, however marksheet and internship completion certificate are not issued. 3.

The validation proceeding shall be decided within a period of four (04) months from the date

2 wp 13950.19 of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 24.12.2019. Respondents no. 2 and 3 may not withhold the marksheet and the internship completion certificate of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Respondents no. 2 and 3 may not issue degree certificate to the petitioner unless and until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. Naturally, the petitioner would not be entitled for the benefit of reservation unless he secures the validity certificate.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
