This is an application seeking permission to deposit the cheque in compliance of the order dated 23rd June 2017, passed by this Court.

Vide order dated 23rd June, 2017, this Court had granted interim relief on the condition that, the applicant shall deposit entire amount under award with accrued interest thereon, in this Court, within a period of eight weeks from today. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to deposit the said amount by cheque within two days. The applicant is permitted to deposit the said amount

(2) by cheque within two days. In case the cheque is deposited within two days, the interim order granted earlier is continued till further order.
