The petitioner assails the notification so far as it relates to fresh preparation of electoral rolls. It further seeks direction against the Election Commission to desist from proceeding with the finalization of electoral roll programme as per notification dated 30th September, 2016. Said finalization is over.

In light of that, nothing would survive in this petition. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
