This is an application to bring the legal representatives of original respondent Chhabubai Rambhau Surve. There is delay of 5061 days in filing of the application. In fact, it was for the appellant to bring the legal representatives of the original respondent. The legal representatives themselves have moved this application to bring them on record as legal representatives of the original respondent namely Chhabubai Rambhau Surve.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Civil application disposed of.
