The petitioner's request for correction of the primary school record was allowed, however, commensurate with that necessary correction is not being made by the Junior College, in spite of his request dated 29.12.2022.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to apply to the Junior College concerned for correction of the school record pursuant to the correction in the primary school record. If such requisition is made, the school may take appropriate steps in the light of Secondary School Code, 1971.
