This is an application for restoration of the appeal dismissed for non-compliance of the office objection. 3.

The appeal was dismissed way back in 2013. The application for restoration of the appeal has been moved in 2021. In interest of justice, the order dated 14.10.2013 dismissing the appeal in default, is set aside, provided the applicant shall not be entitled for the component of interest for the period from the date of dismissal of the appeal in default to the date of filing of present application i.e. 22.12.2021 minus one and half years spent in the COVID-19 Pandamic.
