The vehicle is seized under panchanama dated 04.09.2019. On 04.09.2019 the Circle Officer was not competent to seize the vehicle.

As the vehicle is seized by the incompetent person, we pass the following order:

ORDER

i.

The respondents shall release the vehicle seized from the petitioner under panchanama dated 04.09.2019 (Page No.19) after verifying the documents and confirming the ownership of the petitioner. The respondents can get bond executed to their satisfaction.

ii. The release of the vehicle would be subject to the further proceedings that

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
