The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Election Petition, on the say that with the passage of time, the petition has become infructuous. He tenders

15-EP-5-14 on record an application supported by an affidavit of the petitioner to that extent. The application is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-19'.

In view of the above, since the petitioner himself is not interested in prosecuting the petition on the ground that it has become infructuous, leave is granted. The Election Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
