In case, proposal in respect of the petitioner seeking appointment as Shikshan Sevak is pending with respondent no.02, the respondent no.02 i.e. Education Officer (Secondary) shall decide the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order. 03.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
