It is submitted that, the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2017. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, it is at the stage of vigilance. Considering the above, we pass the following order. 3.

The respondent No.2 shall complete the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner

Writ Petition No.11997/2018 expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 4th February 2019 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings.

Till the proceedings are decided, the respondent No.3 and 4 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. Respondent No.3 and 4 can take further course of action, depending upon the judgment of the Committee in the validation proceedings that will be decided. Writ Petition disposed of. No costs. ( A.M.
