In all these petitions the grievance of the petitioner/contractor is that, though civil work is executed successfully in compliance with the work order, the amounts are not disbursed/paid.

Learned counsel for the respondent/Zilla Parishad informs that the demand is already placed with the State Government and as and when funds are made available, same shall be disbursed in favour of the petitioner.
