The learned Counsel submits that before the Committee, the petitioner could not place school record of the grandfather of the petitioner. He seeks opportunity to place it before the Scrutiny Committee. We also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

Considering the fact that the matter is with regard to the issuance of tribe certificate. We grant one more opportunity to the petitioner.

The impugned judgment is quashed and set aside.

The petitioner is permitted to produce the additional documents before the Scrutiny Committee. The Scrutiny Committee shall consider the documents, its veracity, and thereafter, decide the appeal afresh.
