Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, by inadvertence this Petition is the second Petition filed by the petitioner for assailing the same cause of action which is the subject-matter of Writ Petition No. 4803 of 2002. It is pointed out that, by order dated 24.03.2014, this Court has disposed of the said Petition as it was covered by the earlier order of this Court dated 09.01.2001 in Writ Petition No.2275 of 2000.
