ORDER:
1] Heard. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, respondent nos.2 and 3 are empowered to visit the site, and find out whether the construction, which is being undertaken by respondent no.4, is in accordance with the sanction plan by respondent nos.2 and 3. Therefore, he submits that, without entering upon the contentions raised on merits, this Court may direct respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the pending applications / representations dated 15th June, 2018 and 28th June, 2018, by the petitioners addressed to respondent nos.2 and 3.
2] Since there is an innocuous prayer to direct respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the applications/representations filed by the petitioner; without entering upon the merits of the contentions raised in this Petition or
in the said applications/representations, we direct respondent nos.2 and 3 to decide the pending applications/representations of the petitioner, if already not decided, in accordance with law and relevant procedure, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today, on its own merits.
3] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
