ORDER :

The Petitioner has sought direction to Respondent No.3 to decide the application filed by the Petitioner on 21st May, 2018, on its own merits.

Since there is an innocuous prayer, we direct Respondent No.3 to decide the said application, if already not decided, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and also any other affected party, and take decision on the said application as expeditiously as possible, however within THREE MONTHS from receiving the copy of this order. 3.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions raised in the said application or in the present Writ Petition, and it is for

Respondent No.3 to take appropriate decision considering the relevant provisions of law and keeping in view the facts of the case.
