2] In view of non-compliance of the conditional order, registration has been refused. Considering overall facts of the case, submissions advanced, the reasons assigned and consequences to follow if the order of registration is not recalled, I am of the view that application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B on condition the applicants shall take necessary steps within four weeks to remove office objection (s).
