This Court has delivered an extensive order dated 14.09.2023 delivered in WP No.8534/2023 (Hina Kausar Mohammad Riyaz Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others) with regard to the TAIT examination and registration on the Pavitra Portal. There are 3 types of channels through which a candidate can register on the Pavitra Portral after passing the TAIT. One channel is that a candidate should be of TET. The second is that a candidate should have CTET and thirdly, a candidate should be graduate with B.Ed.

In the instant case, the Petitioner was TET qualified. Her name was noticed in a TET scam and her TET performance was khs/Sept.2023/12082

- 2 - cancelled. She has challenged the same in this Court. Until her performance / result is not restored by this Court, she would remain to be a non TET candidate. She does not have the qualification of CTET or graduation with B.Ed.

In view of the above, the Petitioner would not be eligible for registering on the Pavitra Portal. This Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
