Criminal application No. 1114 of 2021 came to be dismissed by common order dated 5.10.2021. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the amendment will be carried out forthwith. The matter pertains to the quashing of proceeding. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C" subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred) to be paid to the Library, Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
