Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and A.P.P. for the State.

In nutshell it is the contention of the applicant that the pursuant to the order dated 03.10.2016 the applicant has furnished cash security sum of Rs.20,000/- towards the interim bail granted to enable him to appear for LL.B Examination. According to the learned counsel applicant has surrendered on 22.11.2016 and fully complied with the order.

In this view the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly.
