By this Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to decide the Tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending since 08.12.2021. 3.

The Caste Scrutiny Committee is therefore directed to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as early as possible and in any case within a period of 3 months from today.
