Today the learned AGP produced on the record the communication made by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare, Jalgaon dated 23.4.2018. The communication shows that inquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint made by the present petitioner and inspection was also conducted. The complaint was filed as no substance was found in the allegations. It is also informed that after the said inquiry, inspection, the petitioner had applied for getting copy of the said report under Right to Information Act and the copy was supplied to him in the year 2014.
