Heard the respective counsels.

By way of present petition, the petitioners challenge the order passed by the learned Appellate Court in Appeal No.09 of 2021 dated 05.10.2021, whereby the Appellate Court set aside the order passed by the learned Judge Co-operative Court and remanded the matter. While passing the order of remand, the learned Appellate Court directed to deposit Rs.1 lakh and to that extent only, the present petition is filed.

I have considered the rival submissions advanced by the respective counsels and after going through the order of the Appellate Court, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Appellate Court.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed. No order as to cost.
