Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned Addl. G. P. waives notice for respondent No. 1.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has preferred revision before the respondent No. 1 on 26th March, 2023. However, on his repeated requests revision is not registered. Hence, the respondent No. 1 be directed to register the revision and decide the same within stipulated time.

Considering submissions of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 to register

2 wp 12620.24 the revision within a week from today after removal of office objections, if same is not already for registration. Thereafter, the matter may be proceeded further in accordance with law. 5.

After the service is complete and parties appears before the respondent No. 1, the respondent No. 1 shall hear and decide the revision on its merit and in accordance with law by following due procedure as expeditiously as possible within four (04) weeks.
