This is an application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar on 10th November 2014 refusing registration of the Public Interest Litigation on account of failure of the Petitioner to remove office objections.

Considering the contentions raised in the Application, the Application is allowed. Order passed by the Registrar is set aside. The Public Interest Litigation is restored to its original number.

The Petitioner shall remove office objections within three weeks. In the event of failure on the part of Petitioner to remove office objections within stipulated period, the order passed in the instant Application shall stand recalled.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
