Insurance company - appellant herein has deposited sum of Rs. 11,30,431/- in this Court. Claimants 1 and 2 / applicants herein shall be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount out of the amount deposited by insurance company in this Court on furnishing an undertaking in this Court to the effect that in the event of success of appeal, they would redeposit the amount within a period of twelve weeks from such decision. Balance amount shall be kept in fixed deposit initially for a period of three years and the fixed deposit receipt shall be renewed thereafter for a period until disposal of appeal.
