This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the insurance company.

I have gone through the reasons recorded by the learned Tribunal.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75 per cent of the amount of compensation together with accrued interest on undertaking that in case adverse orders are passed in appeal the applicants will re-deposit the amount in this Court within 12 weeks from the date of such order.
