1] The petition is not on Board. Taken on Board at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the urgency expressed and made out.

2] Pursuant to the earlier order, it is stated that the Tahsildar, Shirpur, has removed the encroachment, which was made by the respondent no.6 - a Police Patil of the village. Since that encroachment is removed with Police assistance on 19.7.2017 and the Tahsildar, Shirpur,

WP 2147/16 - 2 - namely Shri Mahesh Narayan Shelar is present in Court with the necessary records, we are of the view that nothing survives in the writ petition. Copy of letter addressed to learned AGP by the Tahsildar, Shirpur, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3] The grievance of the petitioner is redressed. The writ petition is disposed of keeping open all other contentions and issues. This order is passed in the presence of learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGP and Tahsildar, Shirpur - Shri Mahesh Narayan Shelar.
