The applicant/original petitioner has moved this civil application seeking an order of status quo to be maintained in respect of the Standing Committee of Zilla Parishad, Dhule till final disposal of the writ petition.

As can be seen from the order dated 13.12.2022 passed in the writ petition, both the parties were heard and interim relief was granted specifically declaring that the result of the election would be subject to decision in the writ petition. Insptie of such order, the present application has been moved.

In view of the aforementioned state of affairs, list the writ petition for admission on 13th December, 2012. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.
